The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
A cartel boss has hidden on Cayo Perico, but he needs to fly to Los Santos to conduct a drug trade with a biker gang. To make the deal the boss will land at Sandy Airport. LEOs are unsure where the drug trade will happen, so they will wait at DOC. After the LEOs find out the hidden location of the drug trade they will need to stop him, either
while the boss is doing the trade or while he is back on his way to sandy airport to fly out.

Its fun and a new and interesting scenario
Role of Each Organization involved:
Gangs need to protect their boss
LEOS need to kill the boss
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Carbine
Jugulars and a plane
Admin Requirements:
Teleport spawn, guns and cars
Rules of the event:
No patching, no non RP driving
How is the event won?
LEOs kill the Cartel members/boss
Cartel boss escapes to Cayo perico afterthe drug trade
