1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Well ive just about done about everything Legal and Crime i wanna step back form Role Play and start a new Chapter Admin But Main Reason is ive been playing over a year now im knowledgeable in most org and Gang Related Stuff i feel i could bring my extensive knowledge From My time Role Playing to the staff team and be effective in enforcing the rules of the server and most interactions ive had with staff have been very pleasant staff are nice quick to respond are very nice even when i do not get what they are trying to explain to me even after 3 times lol what im trying to say is the server has a very respectful staff team that i would love more than anything to join.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
LSPD ( patrol officer and Towing Officer )
SHAP ( Towing Officer )
EMS ( chemist and Medical Student and First Responder )
GOV ( i think Sargent this was my first ever Org )
Green Gang ( Shooter i got out fast gangs were not really for me )
3. What are your strengths?
Well Achieving any Goals and overcoming any obstacle makes me 10x stronger and makes me pus even harder for my next.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Losing confidence in either myself or my work having to pick my self up and keep pushing ahead sometimes has a negative effect on me
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Well i do Have Previous Staff Experience in other games like Minecraft and Garrys Mod dealing with Players and my job IRL is a Customer Care agent so very close to dealing with issue to find a solution But i have over a year of Experience on this Project knowledgeable of server rules and with most orgs that i have been apart of i stay very calm under pressure i can handle a fast paced work flow i try my best to communicate with people so its easy for the both of us.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
This does not Apply to me i have no Owned Business so Yes
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No Issues What So Ever

As i mentioned above i have had other staff positions with other games Minecraft and Garrys Mod both being up to a year long and my IRL Job is Customer care so im used to this sort of thing Thanks for Taking the Time to Review My Application i hope the spacing in the application Helps you better read it was bothering my OCD Lol.
