2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?


1. I know that I can put my best into this organization, this org has a lot in itself and I can put it to the max.

2. This org has a lot of responsibilities, maintaining the law in the city is something crucial and very much needed, to reduce corruption in the city, last but not least I will make sure LSPD attempts every event and comes out on top, believing in myself that I can handle all of these responsibilities.





3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay in the organization


1. I will hire players from every time zone so that LSPD can operate 24/7! It is a very important org in the city and also plays a very crucial role in balancing and keeping the city clean from corruption

2. I will keep diverse departments with different salaries (Salary depends on which department you are in). There will be only 4 departments:

C.P. (City Patrol)- Helps in keeping the city clean from corruption and plays a very important role in maintaining balance in the city.
H.R. (Human Resources)-Will contain players from every time zone so that LSPD will be recruiting 24/7, they will also train new players who are in the org.
I.A. (Internal Affairs)-Plays a very important role in keeping the org itself away from corruption. They will keep track of every employee in the org so that no rule is broken.
S.T.A.F. (Specially Trained Armed Forces)-Every employee in this department will go through strict training so that they are the first responders to any kind of situations. They will be trained in a way that they can negotiate through difficult situations
