2.1 Experience in Gang RP:
Throughout my time on the project, I've been actively involved in various gangs, and Vagos holds a special place as one of my favorites. Having served as a Vagos Underdeputy, I aim to take on the leadership role to guide and lead the gang.
2.2 Communication Skills:
My Communication Skills are good and i can Lead the Org by my Communication Skills. I possess the ability to navigate events, manage negotiations in hostage situations, and effectively communicate with both existing and new members.
2.3 Roleplay Enhancement:
As the leader of Vagos, my goal is to elevate the roleplay experience by engaging in a variety of situations daily. This includes store robberies, Fort Zancudo activities, and hostage situations, all while adhering to the city rules for immersive roleplay.
I'll selectively admit members who are already familiar with the basic city rules. New members will undergo additional training to deepen their understanding of city rules, promoting active participation in roleplay and events. Ranks will be assigned based on their dedication and activity.
3.2 Rule Following and Actions:
I will ensure that Vagos will not break the rules and if anyone breakes the city rules he will recive punishment for his actions. We will do More RP by Following city rules and not breaking it.

After the Leader Deputy is most Respected Person in Gang so I will Choose Quality Deputies, I will appoint Deputies with exceptional leadership skills and a thorough knowledge of city rules. These deputies will be capable of effectively managing the gang in my absence, ensuring continuity in Gang Activity.
