Dear lebron

I been baned for gr 3.1 and 3.2 in that pov u can see his voice quiallity is not good so u cant under stand the sentance and second if i am sorry for saying that even that i been playing for 1 year and i only got 4 punishment and i just requsting to lower my ban to so i dont want lose my fam house please
