2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i have four reasons if that possible ,
1 - Communication ,
i talk with all LI members the same way and i appreciate every LI member the same .
I dont talk with my rank or abuse it , i love my members to feel free with each other to make this Org the best org in the city .
I can Speak and talk english fluently cuz its my second language , my first language is arabic so that gives me the ability to teach who can talk english and who can not do it .
I Can handle a situation if someone came to HQ and said " one of LI member did a mistake in my ad " , i can talk with him and make him understand that it can be a trainee member and he did a mistake and take it calmly ,
in the other side i can teach the trainee from his mistake and show him the right and correct way to put an ad .
2- experience ,
I have experience in LI org , i was a supervisor and i could take higher rank but i left the city .
i have experience in many state orgs and that can help my work as an Li member to know whats legal and whats not .
i completed 2 terms with LI and that showed me that im really in love with this org ,
i went to FIB , SAHP , LSPD , GOV and took experience from there and now its the time to show the city why Lifeinvader is the best Org in the city !!!
as working as an HR i learned how to handle many things at the same time and im sure that all LI member knows that
i got enough experince within this month as im an HOD of Ads .
3- hard working ,
i can make ads if no one is doing not because im a leader i will not do ads .
i will stay at night without sleeping just to make PDA clear and make the city know that LI is working 24/7 .
i cant give up easly with my work , if i have work to do i do it .
i can stay a whole month trying to make LI the best org and i will success and make it the best .
in this month i learned whats hard working is like in this org , i put alot of effort to make all the new members know whats there job and whats they should do and whats not . i can stay all night to make all trainee understand there job and that we are the coolest Org XD .

3- Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1- For LI we can do more events with more prizes to make people exited to be a part of this event .
2- we can also make a new events idea like best bike event or best masks , to make events more creative !
3- we can make 1 or 2 times per week a free festival bus show at the beach to have fun with people !
Things will be in my term ,
1- i will make sure to hire many time zones to handle server ads .
2- will make sure to hire members that know server rules and if he dont know i will also make sure to make HR teach him .
3- i will make sure to be creative in events and not make every thing the same , Be More Creative !
4- i will make sure to Clear PDA at any time !
5- we and LI members will make LI the best Org youll ever find in city !
6- i will keep my trusted DDs and HODs and COO in there ranks cuz they puts alot of effort in this Org .
7- i will make my HODs also work HR to handle many new members tests and trainings .
Lastly ,
i appreciate every one who saw this application ,
i tried once and it didnt work , and i will try again and again .
and im ready and exited to make my first term and will make it the best term !
i will make more and more things in LI after taking leader of this amazing Org , many people can say that too .
i will make the city remember this term with good rates !
