Rejected Ban for Gen 1.9 | Magnes_Haste

Good afternoon,

I am requesting an appeal to my ban that I received this morning of 60 days, I was sold a house from my friend who plays on the server for the State minimum of $250k and have been paying him back as a rent to own option. I have not been in trouble in the past as my account history shows, and I agree to have my account wiped as instructed by Adham Pluxbury in the picture below.

If this is rejected again, can I please know what I'm doing wrong so I can correct it.
