The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Gang Members have taken a high-priority target hostage in the FIB HQ. State Orgs have just been robbed in the ghetto and have no way of getting in the FIB HQ on time, luckily, they find a fleet of cars near the Arena and are now headed towards FIB HQ to negotiate and free the hostage. LEOs need to rescue the hostage and kill all the gang members and the gang members have to Kill all the LEOs and escape.
Why this event:
This event can help with communication between LEOs and also help with shooting skills.
Role of Each Organization involved:
The objective of the state is to securely save the hostage and detain every single gang member.
The Objective of the gangs is to kill the state members and escape from the HQ safely.

Vehicles/weapons needed:
Revolvers for everyone
Armor for everyone
Ubermacht X5 (GO5) for gangs and state
Admin Requirements:
Spawn Cars for LEOS and Gangs
Give Revolvers and Ammunition to Everyone
Give Everyone Armors
Rules of the event:
No patching dead people up
Only use the provided guns and ammo
How is the event won?
State win by rescuing the hostage and eliminating all gangs
Crime win by eliminating the LEOs and escaping NOOSE
Prize for the winner:
500k split between winners (Only that are still alive)
