I was a hostage at the time of the video and i was wrongfully punished, i would like to have somebody review it i used to have a 7 day warning and i just flew in and i have a 3 day warning, i wanted to join government and they said i had a warning for ghetto rule 1.5 and 1.6 but i was never in the gang.

ID 346857 (Jakob) was in the red car that was parked in HQ, you can see he never got out the car and never shot. He was just a passenger and he is not in any gangs so it cant be HIS HQ.
