2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ? ( list three reasons with explanation ) .
A- I had my leader experience in Marabunta gang where i tried my best for the gang although it didn't last that much cause of mistakes i made and i learned from that experience , now i feel 100% ready to get another chance to run a gang and achieve what i couldn't earlier in marabunta, i had deputy in many gangs and in that time i proofed my skills to lead a gang , i won many events during that time where i had my deputy/leader experience so as i said now i feel 100% ready to get another gang and proof my self as leader .
B- The server based on Rp , so i'll try my best to acheive that between gangs / leos / families , all of that ill do my best by doing many hostages and put people who has leadership skills while im away to arrange that so we can make sure both sides will have fun , will make sure the people we recruit won't break rules by making strict interview questions each person need to pass it to get in the gang , will give ranks to people without favourism so they don't get bored and keep having fun in the gang .
C- Many leaders fail cause of their highcommands , for me i'll pick only people who can do 100% for the gang , give their best for it , we won't kick new people if they break rules instantly cause all of us here to have fun in the server we will try to teach them the right rules ( we warn them ) , For turfs i'll have my team we will try our best for the 100% and for fun , the people who were with me in gangs they know the most thing i love doing rp with leos so ill make sure this will happen as much as possible .
3.Your advices for improving roleplay level in organization .
1- make a lot of RP with leos .
2-Give Equal chances for everyone about ranks .
3- Respect each other within the org .
4- No toxicity within the gang .
5- Everyone in the gang try to help each other .
