That ID is not a LEO and has not been in FIB since 21/12/23 why they were in the vehicle unknown but i saw no RP situation, you pulled up and shot with no demands, unless you can provide a longer POV as i feel you've maybe cut the start to hide something. but from what i have seen your group will be punished for RDM.
ID 91235 will receive a punishment for Gen 6.15
ID 261438 will receive a punishment for Gen 6.15
