2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation)
A) I have been playing this project for a long time and over the time ive been playing i have been Deputy plenty of times across all the EN servers and also done RP on other servers like DE. RP is something i love and would love using my RP to prove my self in EN3 as a Leader this time. In the gangs i have been doing Deputy i have been doing great and made good experience for both myself and others. Im here to show the server what a good gang is and how to properly run one. Over the time i have been playing this project i have made contact with loads of people which will come and help me run the gang smooth.
B) The times ive been Deputy me and my fellow High Commands been using a system that makes sure the gang functions is proper, so everyone that wishes to be recruited to the gang will be interviewed first, which then will be followed up with questions based on gang and rules in the city, ( about 7-10 Questions ). The questions that will be asked is the Ghetto rules, event rules and some general rules. When they join, they will start as a low rank ( can depend on old experience ), but after proofs showen in proof channels they will recieve a promotion and if myself and my fellow High command see that a member is good at leading events and knows what they are doing they will recieve a higher rank or even high command. All members will be watched carefully by High Commands at all times and with that my High command will make sure that that all members are attending the events, Ghetto Fights and so on. I will make sure myself and my fellow High Commands stick to this process so that we can make sure that no rules are broken and so that we can end our term successfully on good terms.
C) Having the answer as a Leader i need to know about every single aspect about leading a gang which me and my deputies know all about. I have had a lot of experience with being not just high command but deputy in multiple gangs and as said around all the EN servers and i have helped them achieve greatness and dominate the city. I want to make sure that my term is finished properly instead of being disbanded. As I have said I know every single ghetto rule, event rule and just basically all the general rules. I will make sure all my High Commands and Members will be respected as they should be. All my High Commands will be listened to and every single rule will be followed by my members if not they will be either kicked or blacklisted. I will make sure that Vagos during my term will become the best gang in the city and thats a promise. I know that I will make vagos achieve greatness as i have been a turf deputy and a normal deputy loads of times around all the English Servers.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Don’t miss any events. Improve the RP around the server by doing RP like Hostage situations. With this, you have more RP opportunities which makes the gang fun.
2. I will make sure that we get most graffiti profit we possibly can everyday. We will aim for max graffiti profit at least 3-6 times a day and i have my spray leader ready for that.
3. Bonuses will be issued out to all members who attend big events or get a parachute at clandestine.
4. Members will be treated equally and will not be favourited. They will be treated as real gangsters especially when they in my gang.
5. We will attend all the Clands, BS's, and Subs that we possibly can.
6. No Toxicity will be tolerated in my gang. I want the players to have as much fun as possible and Toxicity really does not help make this possible so this will be striked hardly on.
7. We will make every RP situation different, so the members get different experiences in the events and also improve the RP for the Feds.
8. I will encourage my members to that is online to attend the current events to improve RP and also inform them OOCly before it happens.
9.Rule the city and dominate out of any gang and win all the events.
10. Do %100 turf with my turfers. This will be achieved with the great turfers selected and the right turf leaders that i have also chosen.
