Approved Gen rule 3.2 + CL + Mixing | 101797

I was gonna arrest this guy for 2.17.1 (Possession of Firearms without valid license ) as he didn't have a valid Gun license and 2.17.9 (Public carrying of a firearm). He broke the Gen rule 3.2 (at 1:56 + 2:07 + 7:55 + 9:25 + 9:48 + 9:52 )too many times. Used the word FORUM (7:50 + 9:56) during a RP situation and after that he did Combat Logging purposely and deliberately which can be proved by the fact that he claims he gonna do a CL before disconnecting.
