In the 1st evidence, they crashed into you by accident because they hit a road object.
Moreover, I don't see CR, it could be seen as a minor D-sync issue that shows the situation like that.

Note- If you are doing garbage collector job with a pvt. vehicle, it won't fall under GR 6.24.​
