Dear UPS,
We are in the process of changing the color of our family cars, which is why my friends and I were at the service station. While my friend was having the car serviced, an individual unexpectedly accused him of ramming into his car. My friend contacted the administrator to verify the situation. When I arrived at the service station, I did not see anyone from outside, and it was simply a misunderstanding. I stopped my car after accidentally hitting his car, as you can verify from his pov. It was not an intentional ramming. I do not have evidence, so I am providing my friend's perspective as proof. Please investigate. I did not make a mistake, yet I was penalized.
