1. Leader of National Guard.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I've been part of all the Departments inside NG . Being in RR, SASD, AF, MP and the Trial Defense Service. And I know how these Departments function and what they need. So with that knowledge I have, I must be capable of tracking every single Department and making sure it stays in its best light. So with all of that I have!! I can do major improvements with plans I have for each single Department in NG. Additional to that some new Departments I'm planning to add.
I want the employ a better system to the Current NG structure to help make the RP situation more realistic and fun for the members of the NG, make it a much better partner within the many organizations that reside on the server.
I have been part of this organization for all round about 4-5 months. I have taken many leads in National Guard events like Ammo Run, Events for the organization and checkpoints... As i was a part of this organization for a long time i have gained some mutual respect amongst the NG soldiers.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
A) Keeping a regular training between different orgs and each other to upgrade skills in shooting and in defense and stratigies
B) Giving pilot training to every guy so that they can fly in emergency situation when no pilot is available plus improving driving capabilities so they can easily catch someone if they are trespassing inside base.
C) I will try to make everyone good at shooting with alot of training from special Agents from FIB, S.W.A.T from LSPD,SAHP and our own HLS.
My Departments would be:
Army Recruit: The AR would hire/train new soldiers to make sure that they are ready for whats coming in the NG.
Military Police: These Soldiers will be responsable of keeping it professional and clean of Corruption. We will try also to return the Military Police Patroling in the City.
Homeland Security: The HLS will be a Department that will attend Globals etc... They will be elite shooters.
The United States Air Force: The USAF will be responsable for carrying out extraction missions, air support for special opperations, scouting etc...
