2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
It has always been my ambition in grand RP to take over 100% of the turfs and become the leader of an organization, which is why I want to be the leader of Vagos. Second, it would mean the world to me to be recognized as the greatest gang leader of all time. I want what's best for the people under my leadership, not what I get from it. I feel like I could easily be the most active gang EN03 has ever seen. My need for more roleplay than what I now have and my belief that newer players aren't gaining a ton of RP experience are the third and final reasons I want to be leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I'm going to make sure that everyone in the gang is aware of the server regulations in order to improve RP. I want to receive the fewest penalties possible. Furthermore, I will ensure that my group understands when to make demands and when not to, and if someone wants to go up in rank, I will tell them to be active and loyal in order to do so. In addition, I'll make sure that veteran players aren't bullying the newcomers to the group; regardless of their rank, they will be kicked out since I want everyone to have the best roleplay possible and no new players to be harassed. I'm planning to make it so that roleplay for gangs improve.
