So firstly allow me to formally introduce myself my in-game name is Andrew mate ( irl name is Glenn) I'm a 40year old gaming father of 2 boys one is 10 the other is only 3 I know this is irrelevant to the ticket so I will digress....
On the second of January 2024 (the beginning of the last week of the Xmas school holiday in England) my son (id 336062) was banned by Tyrell now I'm not condoning what he did as it did break server rules although In the mind of that 10yr old boy he was happy cos he killed his virtual dad in a game. The other guy he killed was an in-game family member that my son was not aware of and after the family member attacked my son he retaliate with another kill again breaking the rules all this is completely understandable by myself at 40yrs old and played many virtual world games but he's just 10 and only played regular gta5 up until just B4 Christmas when he received his new gaming PC so the first thing we tried was GTA RP cos he had watched so many videos and grand rp was our server of choice and we haven't looked anywhere else because we was happy so happy that I also bought GTA 5 and crated an account to play and now I'm on 12+hrs per day .. anyhow he proceeded to spend some of his remaining Christmas money on some grand coins for the battlepass. For the incident on the beach he received 2x warning for the same offense and he also had a previous for fail rp of which I have pointed him right now and that too won't happen again by him in your server I do feel that him receiving a single waning for the event would of been sufficient enough for him to know he had done wrong he's learning fast and wants to be a proud citizen in your city as do I I do hope this can be looked at and maybe some compassion used by admin to the child even if it's just levels he's missed out on the battlepass as compensation should you think he deserves it I also understand that rules are rules and should not be broken by anyone
