Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I would love to become leader of National Guard because I am very well knowledge about the army and there way of procedures and their ranks, as well as I have Military Combat Training. And because I have wanted to be General for a Long Time. I have Decided since they are need to go for it.
- I have always wanted to be the Leader of a LEO organization as It will give me more knowledge in the city and because National Guard is one of my favorites legal organisation since it is reallisticly based. Leader of NAtional Guard is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me as I will you my knowledge from the Armed Forces Icly to Improve the RolePlay of military officers.
- I would like to be the Leader of National Guard since I know my way around all military trades and because I can improve the org with all my Out of City knowledge about the Military since my sister was a High Command in the armed forces, She has tought me lots of things that I could bring into the city as a Veteran, I have also lots of experience on the field and how the military is ran.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the RolePlay of Grand RP as Leader or National Guard would be to have cross training with all other LEO orgs on military tactics. ANother tip of advice that I can use for NG is that NG should have tactical team training i.e. (Realistic Combat training) That means to learn how to do a proper assault and to ambush criminals during FZ raids or Store robberies, or Hostage situations. I would also train my soldiers to do exfils and to parachute out of a helicopter onto a hot zone (Heavy Shots Fired no room cleared to land) so that we could always have eyes in the skies.
