No seguimento do thread Rejected - leva tiro e foge para dentro da H.Q venho por este meio reclamar a decisão tomada pelo administrador Jah Karey pois considero que na situação foram violas as seguintes regras por parte de membros nao identificados da gang dos bloods do server 1 pt e visto este ser um comportamentos reiterado e generalizado por parte dos mesmos no servidor.
- 1.5 Se estás no território da tua gangue é proibido disparar para fora. | AVISO aos 36 SEGUNTOS ACONTECE TIRO DE UM MEMBRO DA ORGANIZAÇÃO DOS BLOODS
DENTRO DA H.Q PARA FORA
- [ 1.6 Se um membro de alguma gangue está a ser perseguido pela polícia/outra gangue, ele não pode voltar ao seu HQ por 5 minutos| AVISO
A PARTIR DOS 28 SG PARA A FRENTE O CARROS LEVA 3 TIRO E SEGE O SEU CAMINHO PARA A H.Q , SEGUNDO A MINHA ENTERPRETAÇÃO DAS REGRAS NAO EXISTE UMA OBRIGAÇÃO DE QUE A PERSEGUIÇÃO SEJA FEITA DE CARRO POIS SE ESTIVER AOS TIROS NO GUETTO E ME APONTAR AS ARMAS OU ME DISPARAREM EU TENHO DE TER FEAR RP E NÃO VOU FUGIR SO POR NAO TER CARROS E MAIS UMA VEZ VIOLAR A REGRA 6.2 DAS REGRAS GERAIS.
- 6.2 É proibido deixar uma situação de RP, de forma a recusar/evitar a situação, não aceitar / recusar tratamento médico, sair do jogo, ir AFK, entrar em algum interior, etc. | AVISO
OU SEJA SE O MESMO LEVOU TIRO FORA DA H.Q E SEGUNDO AS REGRAS NAO PODE ENTRAR DENTRO DA H.Q DURANTE 5 MINUTOS ESTA A VIOLAR ESTA REGRA POIS AO ENTRAR NA H.Q ESTA A RECUSAR\
EVITAR UMA SITUAÇÃO DE RP.
- 6.15 Quando está fora do gueto, deverá começar o RP antes de disparar em alguém. Por exemplo, dar ordens, se ele não respeitar as regras dentro de 5 segundos, poderá disparar neles. | AVISO
SE A REGRA INDICA QUE QUANDO ESTA FORA DO GUETTO É OBRIGATORIO HAVER RP ANTES DE DISPARAR, JÁ NO GUETTO NAO O É, POR ESSE MOTIVO O NOSSO RP COM O MESMO INICIOU SE NO MOMENTO DO PRIMEIRO TIRO EM QUE O VEICULO NAO SE ENCONTRA AINDA DENTRO DA H.Q

Para alem de não ter havido punição da org dos bloods por supostamente o administrador Jah Karey considerar que não houve inicio de rp pois ele nao considerou os tiros no guetto fora da H.Q o inicio de rp, venho ainda reclamar uma situação que considero injusta que foi a punição ao id 1221 Ari Mantins membro da família por disparar para o mesmo inicialmente fora da H.Q e por consequência da quebra de regras dos bloods ao entrar no bairro também dentro da H.Q , sendo o mesmo punido com uma aviso por violação da regra 1.4 do guetto É proibido empurrar/matar membros das gangues no seu HQ. Não podes entrar no HQ de outra gang sem razão. | AVISO visto o mesmo não ter empurrado/ matado nenhum membro dos bloods nem entrado na H.Q sem razão tendo sim apenas disparado para um no seguimento do rp iniciado anteriormente fora da H.Q que se estendeu para dentro da mesma como descrito em cima.
ressalvo ainda que esta regra e explicita quanto as condições da violação da mesma que são e passo a citar:
-empurrar;
-matar;
-entrar na H.Q de outra gang sem razão
Posto isto e visto nenhuma das 3 situações em cima se ter verificado a regra nao foi violada desta forma o mesmo já cumpriu incorretamente 180 minutos de demorgan e está atualmente a cumpri o primeiro dos 7 dias do warn que foi aplicado incorretamente .
Em jeito de conclusão, rogo aos staffs do servidor grandRP 1 PT que parem de criar regras que não existem e que sigam as que existem para que possamos ter um melhor funcionalmente do servidor e que tenham humildade e reconhecer quando estão incorretos e que tenham a capacidade de corrigir os erros fazendo assim a comunidade e servidor GrandRP crescer e melhor
