2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I want to become leader of FIB because of the well known reputation and efficiency that FIB holds and has maintained throughout its history. I plan to use the reputation of FIB to the best of my abilities using its intricate connection with other legal organisations to my advantage creating an expert organisation like its reputation. I plan to change FIB for the better creating new departments and more fun rp.

I know I do not have much experience within FIB only holding secret agent while working as a DA there but in my time as a secret agent I have still demonstrated my knowledge at being skillful and efficiency including the legal side of affairs as I know this is where most organisations start to fall off since legal documents create constant pressure on the leader/deputy’s but with my experience as being DA in lspd, fib and sahp. I plan to use my knowledge in the legal side to stay on top of this part and to keep the organisation perfect as a whole keeping its reputation. In my experience as DA for FIB I have also seen all the other departments at work such as IA and HRT and while both of these departments were great there still was always room for improvement.

Recently in FIB it's always been the same story, same ranks and same work but I plan to change this adding more ranks and changing the work load for different ranks making the work easier for everyone. I plan to change the current departments/ranks and will go in depth on this later on in the application. I also plan to change raids as we have always seen that a raid is always the same old thing. At least 20 state employees inside a gang HQ while the gang is has low numbers from the intel provided but I want to change this and will go in depth later on.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.

To begin, I aim to use the connections that FIB has to create better roleplay for everyone in the organisation. This includes but does not limit to trainings with other organisations such as lspd, sahp, ng and gov since in the recent terms FIB’s only interactions between these organisations were gang/family raids but now I plan to have weekly trainings which not only improve the relationship between FIB and the other legal orgs but it also helps improve the roleplay as a whole. I also plan to have units help other organisations with certain investigations so lets say the DOJ is having an investigation with one of our agents I would fully comply with their wishes making sure not to get in their way. I especially want to make use of NG’s private practice arena which will be used along with their open run way to practise convey’s in different scenarios so that instead of breaking server rules and car ramming we use effective tactics such as placing spike strips and using engine blockers.
Secondly, I will need to increase the efficiency of the UC and HR department as these two are both the most important for the organisation as a whole since we solely rely on both departments to recruit, train and gather evidence for us to use against the gangs so that we can gain a raid warrant. Another pointer is that these two departments always have the biggest bonus system and I plan to keep this the same except for one major department which I also think requires a large bonus and that is spec ops. In the previous few terms the bonus budget for spec ops has greatly fallen with the bonus system getting less and less and having the bonus being paid out late or not on time so I want to rework this departments bonus system creating a better environment for people to work but also a better place to earn money compared to the other legal organisations as we are the elite.

I also want to keep professionalism a key aspect in FIB because I have seen in previous terms in my experience that professionalism does fall off quite a lot and this is mainly with agents hanging around at HQ. I plan to make a change to this as loitering around HQ should not be done especially if we are the elite organisation and of course exceptions would apply for things like paper work, HRD work, etc. I also want to keep the use of language on duty on a professional level and keeping to strict english as of course we are a english organisation and server.

Departments:

HRD: (Human Resources Division or HR) This department is going to be solely relying on the point of recruiting individuals to FIB. This can be done through special recruitment programs and applications. I will be mainly focusing on this department with a few others making sure activity is through the roof and that we are openly recruiting new agents daily.

NSB: (National Security Branch) This department will systematically work exactly like IA. This department will handle internal and also public affairs just like IA with a name change to be more suitable. This department will work in collaboration with other legal organisations to also catch corrupt officers and will help all legal organisations in their internal matters as well if needed. Another job of this department is to make sure all agents have their correct licences to be on duty and that if they do not have them to make sure they do have them for state inspections.

UC: (Undercover Department) This department will be the same as always with these agents having special access to tools that will help their undercover duties and agents will undergo training at the UC HC so that they know how to submit evidence that is valid and can be used when applying for raid warrants. These agents will be risking their lives daily but will be compensated with the biggest bonuses of any other department. Another job of the UC department will be to gather the evidence and create case files for warrants to be issued to us.

SOU: (Special Operations Unit) This department will be the same as normal with them focusing primarily on carrying out special missions such as black market raids, gang raids and family raids and they will be the brute force of these operations. They will bring the tactics and strategies to the operations making sure they are a success and go according to plan. This department will receive weekly training in collaboration with other legal organisations and will have special operations between each other making sure to help each other to the maximum.

FA: (Federal Attorney’s) This is more of a sub department but once FA’s are recruited from the government they will work within this department making sure all legal troubles are fine and that we do not run into any big issues regarding the law. They will help the NSB internally making sure everything complies legally and that if someone was to break the law they are punished properly for it.
