2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation)
A) I have been playing this project for a pretty long time now and wanted to give my shot at trying to up the level in the organization. I have been Deputy multiple times in Servers across all the EN servers and got loads of experience by that. In the time me being a Deputy ive made alot of contact which means, i have made some pretty good contacts with loads of people and families and many people me know me out there. So i think that is one of the good things that i would say at me trying getting leadership, that ive got good contact.
B) My impact on the gangs ive been in. I have been doing turf deputy loads of times and also normal deputy, by that im talking about me knowing how to run a gang properly. I have my deputies chosen out which i have good chemistry with and they will help me run the gang smoothly as the other times. Im tired of seeing gangs out there that has 0 clue in doing events and RP, here i will step up the game and make the RP fun for both the gangs and the LEO organizations. I have both my event leaders and spray team leaders ready and i will show u how to run the city being the best gamg out there.
C) How i run my system: As said i have picked out people that i have good connections with and people i trust that can run the jobs i pick out for them. All High Commands are going to have a huge responibility and they will be picked out carefully. Every new member that wants to join the gang will be asked a few questions about rules like Metagaming, PG, Ghetto Rules ETC and by doing this we will have control over our members having experience. All HC will have a responibility running multiple jobs like events and EVERYONE will keep their eyes on the lower ranked members to see them improving and will then recieve rankups and bonuses.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Don’t miss any events. Improve the RP around the server by doing RP like Hostage situations. With this, you have more RP opportunities which makes the gang fun.
2. Having a well working spray team with a good spray team leader, control most of the cities spray areas.
3. Bonus system and logs in the Email.
4. Equality for everyone, no favoritism in my gang and this will be hardly striked on.
5. Active gang.
6. No Toxicity will be tolerated in my gang. I want the players to have fun when theyre in my gang.
7. Do the RP differently and try out some new things for the RP and show the city who dominates.
8. The members that is online should be going to events, they will get informed OOCly before the events and other important stuff happens.
9. Ending the term on a good term, which means not disbanding and finishing the term.
10. Do %100 turf with my turfers. This will be achieved with the great turfers selected and the right turf leaders that i have also chosen.
