Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I would love to become leader of National Guard because I am very well knowledge about the army and there way of procedures and their ranks, as well as I have Military Combat Training. And because I have wanted to be General for a Long Time. I have Decided since they are need to go for it.
- I have always wanted to be the Leader of a LEO organization as It will give me more knowledge in the city and because National Guard is one of my favorites legal organisation since it is reallisticly based. Leader of NAtional Guard is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me as I will you my knowledge from the Armed Forces Icly to Improve the RolePlay of military officers.
- I would like to be the Leader of National Guard since I know my way around all military trades and because I can improve the org with all my Out of City knowledge about the Military since my sister was a High Command in the armed forces, She has tought me lots of things that I could bring into the city as a Veteran, I have also lots of experience on the field and how the military is ran.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the RolePlay of Grand RP as Leader or National Guard would be to have cross training with all other LEO orgs on military tactics. ANother tip of advice that I can use for NG is that NG should have tactical team training i.e. (Realistic Combat training) That means to learn how to do a proper assault and to ambush criminals during FZ raids or Store robberies, or Hostage situations. I would also train my soldiers to do exfils and to parachute out of a helicopter onto a hot zone (Heavy Shots Fired no room cleared to land) so that we could always have eyes in the skies.

My Departments: RR, MP, SEALS, and CRM
Recruiment Representatives: RR is the department who does all the Hiring, Training, Promoting, Demoting. The RR team is also in Charge of all the paperwork when it comes to hiring anyone. They will perform background checks upon hiring of a soldier and they will make sure that all soldiers who get hired are issued a Military ID. All soldiers who have Never been in National Guard before will all undergo the same training so they all have the Qualifications necessary for performing their Duties well.
Military Police : The Military Police is the Internal Affairs Department of the National Guard. They ensure that all soldiers respect the Code of Conduct and The Chain of Command. The Military police will also conduct refuel at Logs check and armoury checks to make sure all soldiers are up to standard and aren’t stealing from the org. They will also conduct regular Background Check on Everyone with the help of FIB (for classified Soldiers). They Will also make sure that the trunks of Soldiers personal vehicle consist of no illegal items.
Sea, air, and Land units: The Seals consist of 3 departments in one. The seals consist of the Navy, Air Force, and Land Units. The Navy will make sure that any Hostage Situation near the water will be flanked from boats. The Air Unit is the Air Force. The Air force will make sure that any units at base and available will be transported via helicopter to reduce the changes of getting robbed and will get there faster. The Land Units will make sure that the gates are always manned and that Ammo runs are done every time they are needed. The Land units of the Seals will also be the first one at Events and the last ones out.
Combat Response Medics: The Combat Response Medics will make sure that anytime seals unit leave the base they will be attended with a CRM like that the CRM can provide medical care at any time and will provide our fallen soldiers with extra gear and munitions. The CRM will also make sure that Medical Runs are performed when needed to make sure we have the most med kits Available and they will be refunded any of their money they use for Medical Kits for the orgs.
