Life Story:
Ryan was raised in Miami by his drug addicted single mother. Due to this he grew up surrounded by drug dealers. His father was killed by a gangster during a store robbery when he was young. Upon graduating high school, Ryan vowed to avenge his father by fighting crime. Throughout his journey, Ryan made many friendships with very powerful people in Los Santos. These friends help Ryan gain access to anything he needs and Ryan is extremely loyal to them for this reason. Ryan does not like criminals, but he believes in second chances.
Career story:
Ryan started his career as a probie at SAHP. Due to his powerful friends, he quickly moved up the ranks and transferred to FIB. Ryan is well respected and known for having a very good temperament while working with his colleagues. Ryan enjoys serving his community and would never harm a regular citizen. Ryan was a very lenient officer of the law and preferred to give people warnings rather than arresting them. In his later years, Ryan found out that many of his friends were corrupt. Being easily persuaded, he decided to join them to keep his friendships intact. Ryan remains dedicated to fighting crime just a little differently now.
Outcomes:
1-Ryan can rent black market shops and sell guns and drugs there ( Not including org gear).
2-Ryan can go ghetto clapping with his family when he is off duty and rob with them (no org gear included).
3-Ryan can use weapons and items he takes from criminals.
