The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
A familiar band held tight downtown, their leader known for his cunning and courageous personality; had recently met with an unexpected turn of events. The gang leader was seriously injured in a horrific high-speed car crash, and the city’s famous Pillbox Hospital served as the setting for a clandestine epic to shake up the criminals. The medics were very worried when the gang leader was rushed to the emergency room. At the Pillbox Hospital, there was an unexpected breakdown in modern technology that set off alarms in the hallways. Forced to save lives, doctors tried to make broken machines. In the midst of the chaos, a mistake was made, resulting in the death of the gang leader. News of the leader’s death made its way through the criminal underworld and sparked a powder keg of rage among his devoted supporters. Believing their leader had been dead by incompetent hospital staff, they came with a vengeance to Pillbox Hospital Once shots rang out in the sterile rooms as the team retaliated for what they believed was medical negligence . Things got worse when the gang took the hospital’s main inmate in frustration and desperation. Emergency personnel were forced to mobilize for want of a leader, and brave members of the Law Enforcement Organization (LEO) were called in to rescue the hostage official and bring him back safely to Pillbox Hospital. Aware of the dire situation, the gang issued final orders to the LEOs. They threatened severe consequences if their demands were not met and wanted an audience with brass officials. As the news went tumbling down, the city held its breath. Caught between justice and revenge, the fate of the city was in jeopardy. As LEOs prepared to attempt heroic rescues In the hours of in the turbulent times ahead, decisions were made about the future of Pillbox Hospital, gangs and the delicate balance of power.

No Mercy Killing
How is the event won?
Gangs: If the Gang Kill Ems Chief so They Will Win.
LEOs: If they manage to Protect the EMS Chief so they Will win.
Prize for the winner:
$300,000 - spread within all the Gangs/Leos.
