Sup Mazhor,
I got banned perm for admin disrespect & charging back my purchases.
Calling out lazy admins and referring to them as childish doesn't warrant a perm ban… maybe 30 or 60 days at most. Personally, I don't see a problem holding people with power accountable; especially when they are rewarded to do work.
I also want to point out, that what led to my initial report and ban was a question about luminous skins. No admin could answer whether it was permissible or not… Wody’s guidelines said yes, admins in-game said no, and now mazhor you’ve said they are permissible. It was quite confusing and frustrating to not get a clear response and get muted for asking, then perm banned later on for complaining.
In relation to my chargeback, the way the bank and I see it is… I paid to receive items that I can utilize on my account... I no longer have access to those items or account as it was perm banned instead of 30 or 60 days… therefore, my refund was accepted immediately. This is basic business and banking principles which allowed for the refund to be accepted in the first place. In the case that the account is returned, the money will be returned too. It’s nothing personal against the project… for example, if I got perma banned from World of Warcraft, I would without a doubt stop paying and chargeback my subscription… and I think we would both be naive to believe others wouldn't do the same.
Thanks.
