2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.1 --> I have been in this city for a long time, I have a lot of experience with illegal and legal organizations, but gangs have a special place for me and I want to lead a gang that will be the best of all time in this city. I learned a lot from their leaders, I think I know very well what they did wrong and what they did right, I will compile them and make a very good leadership. I am sure that I will be a leader who does not receive warnings, I will never allow people to be warned by the gang, I am experienced in these matters and I will have good communication with the gang members about this issue.
1.2 --> I am confident in my ability to lead Families. I am confident that my experience in the city will be adequate; with these experiences, I will make the Families the powerful gang in the city.
1.3 --> By giving players equal opportunity to engage in activities like robberies, store robberies, or starting certain events, I also hope to provide them with an amazing role-playing experience. -> Regularly committing robberies in the ghetto/highway without breaking a single rule.
-> Completing the turf without rule violations and
-> Attacking the Gun Store/Store Robbery/Hostage Situation, and gaining RP by negotiating with LEOs
-> Taking out the Ammo Run Trucks (Knowing the Info. ICly).
-> Assisting newcomers in achieving their objectives and in learning all of the rules
-> Participating in every event, such as Clandestine, Battleship, and Defending BM Raid.
-> Hiring people for Graffiti, And doing actively.
