Dear administrators, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you once again to express my concern and disappointment regarding the recent ban on my account. I understand that you have stated that my ban is not appealable, but I believe it is important to address this matter further. As I have previously stated, I did not cheat on your server, and it was not my intention to compromise the integrity of the gameplay. I have taken the necessary steps to ensure a cheat-free environment on my PC, including factory resetting it. However, I recently discovered that some cheat-related files were not completely removed from my hard drive during the reset process. Please understand that this was beyond my control and I had no knowledge of these files remaining on my system. I genuinely regret any inconvenience or misunderstanding that this has caused and I am willing to cooperate fully in any further investigation or inspection of my PC to prove my innocence. I am committed to fair play and the enjoyment of the game alongside other players. I kindly request that you reconsider the ban on my account and give me the opportunity to demonstrate my commitment to fair play. If there are any additional measures or actions I can take to rectify this situation, I am more than willing to do so. Thank you for your time and consideration. As I said, I got banned even, I really didn't know it doesn't get deleted, admin got even further through the pc check but didn't find anything, it was found only on my hard disk sitting there.
