As seen in the report I was under a threat. The reporting party rammed a Heli chopper with a sports car and he was punished for this situation. However I continue my RP out regardless if it was Car ramming or not. 117841 posed as a threat to my character. I spiked his vehicle and his vehicle was shot upon. He was using his vehicle as a deadly weapon in this situation. He was also lurking a police scene in this situation. If he would like to report he could do so ICly for excessive use of force. This doesnt grant as RDM to me. The reporting party used his vehicle as a deadly weapon when I was attempting to exit the helichoper and it could have easily injuried my character. The threat was neutralized with spike strips with the intent to stop them. When he got out of the vehicle he was then attempted to run so the threat continued. Posing as such threat to my character grants shooting.
