2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.I Belive That The NG Need Leader Like Me,Who's Active During The Day,Have A Good Circle With The People,Whose Listened To All,Who Helps anyone in City If he Can help Him,Who Protect The City From The Criminal, All This requires need General Like me.
2.Experience in city.Like Every one Want to be leader He Need To Be In legal ORG,When I Was In Fib I Was Head Of Dep,Also In LSPD i Was Commander, In The NG Org I was recruited back in NG by new General Gepna Minna as Major General.I handled most of negotiation to make sure The Country is safe and evidence is gathered aswell.National Guard (NG) Need Leader Like Me Know Every Thing In NG and Every Other ORGs,I truthly believe we can make an amazing Term With Amazing People.
3.As a General I Spend like 3000 Hours in state orgnizations such as FIB,SAHP And LSPD i have the experince to manage the National guard,And make Sure to be Good With the Soldiers Also Giving A Good Bounses For Soldiers That Will Word Hard To make The Org more Acive And Ready For Every Thing Will Happend.
Divisions
We have 4 divisions in the National Guard. Within those divisions are our regiments. They are the following:
Recruitment and Retention - Under this division is the two regiments "Recruitment" and "Military Police". If is R&R's job to recruit, train and keep up the standards of the National Guard personnel as well as make sure that nothing goes wrong and rectify it if it does.
Air Force - Keeping the National Guard in the skies. Their job is to ensure our pilots are fully trained and that all personnel are combat ready to deploy by parachuting down onto targets.
Sasd : This will the special forces of ng who is mainly the backbone because they will handle ammorun's and ghetto patrol's lead or take lead as a ng in any events ng attends and this will a strict and hard department to join only selected for the deserving ones .
Crm : This is the medical team which have to be certified by the ems hc and have to help and patch our units when we are in need of it and they must know many kind of knowledge of medical and must know rules and shouldt patch while active 10-10 and we will also provide them with many kinds of medkits and etc .
