I understand that my account was banned due to a violation of the game's policies, specifically related to the use of a gym bot.This is the first time i am getting this kind of ban.I didn't know about this rule but now i have read all the rules of the server. I would like to sincerely apologize for my actions, as I realize that using third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is against the spirit of fair play and goes against the terms of service of the server. At the time of the incident, I was unaware of the severity of the consequences and mistakenly believed that using such a tool would not result in a ban. However, I now understand the error in my judgment and am committed to adhering strictly to the game's rules in the future. To rectify my mistake, I have uninstalled any third-party tools, including the gym bot, from my gaming environment. I assure you that I am fully committed to playing the game fairly and contributing positively to the server. I kindly request that you reconsider the ban on my account.
