1. Leader of National Guard
2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.A First reason would be my experience in state organizations, I've been leader of Los Santos Police Department, National Guard, Government and San Andreas Highway Patrol, also I've been deputy many times and I've been a high command for many times as well, therefor I think leading NG would be a great move to my career (as a 2nd run!)
2.B My second reason is that I have more thins to do in NG, my last NG run was great, I've done great RP, I've made a bomb squad and because of that, a new kind of RP started in EN3 (which is having a bomb and LEOs including NG and GOV has to respond and RP starts) and I'm 1 year later here, back with new ideas and wishing for 2 sucessful terms.
2.C I've been a leader for a lot of times but last time I was a leader was about 6 months ago, and I feel I wanna do leaderships again (I was on a break and I'm back)
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.A Great RP with other organizations ( State & Crime ).
3.B Give corrupt bios to soldiers for more RP especially when they mess up.
3.C I'm planning on having special events for citizens which will obviously improve the RP ( Army - Citzens events )
3.D Make sure my HC know what they're doing and not give free ranks to people
Focusing on these points will lead to a very great NG and maybe state
