Rejected Insult + Random Punching

Hello.
I wanted to take a break from the oil extraction mission and see how many there were.
While looking at the inventory, he came and punched me.
When I asked why he punched me, he first flipped me over and then said it was by mistake.
Is it possible to accidentally punch and then make a hand gesture?

By the way he also made toxicated of me after turning off the screen recording. But I couldn't take that part.
