All in POV, also judging from ID 165544 punishment history, looks like he CLs a lot (the reviewing admin may also look at his forum punishments and see its mainly all CL) , this is also the second time im putting him on Forums, so if possible could i request a harsher punishment for him? First CL happens at 0:28 in the video and the Second CL is right at the end of the video
