As you dears admins pov show everything i was siting with my car and this guy come randomly give me demand and i leave and he start to shoot when i leave i didnt need to give pov more than this for take my rights from his

Provide prior 30 seconds or a POV that showing the entire situation and make a complaint against the player as it seems from the POV you provided got cropped. Rejected.​
