2.1 Since I came to the city, I have gained good experience by working in all state/crime organizations and improving myself. And I want to use this experience to take the marabunta one step further. I know many people who can help me with this and I trust them. I am also confident in my leadership skills and believe in myself. If you give me a chance, I'll do my best to prove myself.
2.2 I am aware of many mistakes of the leaders in the previous terms and I will put an end to these mistakes in my term. and I will listen to all my members and keep everyone equal (there will be absolutely no favoritism) in this way I will increase people's willingness to work in the gang and this will improve our gang. i also have friends who can keep all events under control even when i am not in the city. they will help me a lot in these matters and together we will finish this term in a great way
