Reviewed Ban for Gen 6.17 | Opti Pride

I recently got banned for GR 6.17 in my last PC Check i was told that i use GeForce Experience in which you cannot record desktop capture actually i have a laptop in which we cannot record desktop capture. there are lot of players in the server which plays from laptop and doesn't have the option of recording desktop screen there is not at all mentioned in any rules that i cant record without desktop capture in GeForce experience. When Edward told me that you need to install a new record screening app then i was confused which app should i install cause i thought if i will use any other recording platform i will get banned because of GR 6.17 i would request you to please unban me i didn't did anything I will beg you to please unban me i will use another platform but in order to use another platform please approve it as i dont know any other platform other than GeForce which is legal i only use GeForce

I would Request you to please unban me and in my laptop there is no FULL DEKSTOP CAPTURE option in laptops this functions is not available i recorded from nvidia only
and i also dont know which recorder should i use instread of Geforce as i am new i made my ID before only
