1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where players can express themselves freely, without fear of harassment or discrimination. As an admin, I can actively monitor player behaviour, address any issues promptly, and enforce server rules to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment.
2. What are your strengths? My strengths are: My Empathy and Understanding, Problem-Solving Ability, Attention to Detail and my adaptability to new changes that happen whether in terms of server rules or just general things in Grand Rp.
3. What are your weaknesses? My weaknesses are: Perfectionism I like completed things and not just leaving them, Delegation, Emotional investment as I care about the players opinions inside the game.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team? I possess strong organizational skills and can effectively manage my time and tasks. This ensures that I am able to respond to player inquiries, address reports, and carry out admin responsibilities in a timely manner. I can prioritize effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced environment. As you can tell I also believe in professionalism and I'm quite experienced in real life and in other things as well.
