2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- I had my leader experience in Marabunta where i tried my best for the gang although it didn't last that much cause of mistakes i made and i learned from that experience , i feel im ready to take another leadership and achieve what i couldn't earlier in marabunta and I think I can lead Families to become the best gang in the city because of my experience as a deputy and HCs in gangs before.
2-The server based on Rp , so i'll try my best to acheive that between gangs / leos / families , all of that i will do hostage situations, store robs , fz, etc and i will make strict interview question because of i want make sure for dont break the rules.
3-Many leaders fail cause of their highcommands but i will select my hc carefully because of in other gangs hc recruit guys with no question and gang is get punish but
i'll pick only people who can do 100% for the gang , give their best for it For turf i have team for turf and in my ex leadership we can do %100 but term is end but this time with my team we will try to best for 100% and fun also i love doing rp with other orgs and gangs and i will sure this will happen as much
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-Doing Store rob, gun store, hostage sit, etc in per day and make a sure fun and good rp with leos
2-Respect each other within org
3- Make a sure to help everyone and other people helping our gang members
4- Respect the other orgs and make sure dont do toxicty to other orgs
