Leader explanation/ introduction: I Believe i should be given the bloods leadership position is because of all my pervious past history in gang organizations and how experienced I am. Also with a lot of past experience leading and heling former leaders and deputies run there illegal organizations with tons of members and making sure verbal and normal warnings are cleared. Becoming a leader comes with competition, challenges and heavy weight on shoulders. With all of those challenges it turns a leader into a a better leader and makes them improve them self's, when a leader improves all there followers / group start to improve.
Leader should never reject ( Learning new things / Putting in work and improving them self's and the Followers )
1: Becoming a leader Means your willing to put in the work and show your leading skills to the people who are gonna start following you. By doing that you need to start off with, who will be your right hand men and who will be your deputies and high command who are 100% willing to fill in your duties when your not on and you gotta make sure they are people who you know and trust. With a lot of people in a organization it will never be easy to lead if you don't have any good communication or cooperation skills. Leading a organization will leave you with 200+ members who are depending on you to show them that your a true leader who puts in hard work and effort in the challenges and responsibilities you have as a leader. You got to make sure everyone is getting the same treatment of respect because without that everyone would be fighting in radio and would also want to fight each other. As a leader you must listen to your fellow followers [ Rookies ] On ways to improve your self and your organization because leaders do need that sometimes. As we all do mistakes in everything in life, you must learn and me being a leader of bloods, if one of us makes a mistake then we all learn from it not just who made the mistake and we all must improve together and take any incoming competition coming our way.
2: As a person who has 3 Real life years in grand roleplay experience im safe to say Its very easy to improve roleplay with a lot of people who believe your side and there to support your words and claims. When you do fail roleplay in a organization for example there will be people in the organization who call it out and try to teach you what you did wrong. As a leader ill make sure that happens and will 100% make sure the roleplay in the organization is so good we never receive verbal's or regular warnings and like i said ill make sure all my high commands and deputies are chosen wisely. Im ready for any roleplay competition that comes towards this organization as i said im a hardcore role-player and willing to teach my fellow followers better ways and things to do when roleplaying with experienced others.
I am 100% confident all my fellow friends and homies will follow me into this organization because of how much a good leader they know i will be and they know i am 100% capable of doing anything that comes my way or the organization.

Example: when i was ballas deputie we failed to do a hostage situation and all my fellow members got arrested but me, So i gathered a group of members to plan out an escape plan for my fellow baller members and we succeeded.
^^This is the best example of hard work and dedication to the organization.^^

Making sure all my gang members have the right clothing before inviting them in.

Not getting mad for small thing.
Enforcing the rules and making sure organization members are coming to events and doing there daily organization Duties.
Note: I been apart of the grand roleplay community for 3 years, and have the experience needed to become the leader of Bloods, and if i dont know what im doing and know i dont have what it takes be be a good leader with a 100% secure organization i wouldn't have applied and spent all this time on this application.
