My gang was attending in the event Clandestine, a deathmatch event that does not allow armour. I don't know if he came in and put armour on, or if it was a bug in my eyes but he had armour on. Only asking cause my gang complained a few others did as well, so I'd like to possibly see pov.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

This is a visual bug since when you shoot at a person wearing a vest , their vest breaks and disappears and then they start taking health damage. In the provided evidence , the armor stay until the person dies and vanishes. Hence I will be denying this post.
