Why do I want to be leader of SAHP?
1. Well during my 6 terms in SAHP and as well 4 or 5 terms terms in LSPD i've learned/ grown so much. but my main goals were making the RP better which i'll talk more about but, SAHP is my home im extremely experienced in legal orgs ive been a HC in SAHP during multiple leaders terms and the Deputy leader in LSPD making me learn so much i've had so much fun in those times but it's time to get serious and make a name for myself
2. My experience of being a HC in multiple orgs will help to lead my favourite organization SAHP im a very kind easy going person which i think will help leading a org there's been leaders who only were nice and talked to his buddys and gave them pretty much any rank they wanted which isn't on my list I plan on making SAHP a well professional org with experienced people.
3. People have known SAHP such as a bozo org or hostage providers i could go on with the names SAHP has been called but i want to change that i will be hiring experienced units with the best training possible I want people to learn from SAHP and help people want to join to become apart of a legendary term. In the past SAHP hasn't been active or fun, I am willing to take my time to make sure SAHP is the most active org there is with the most numbers making sure every department is on there top work making improvements the orgs reputation.
what is my advise on improving the RP in SAHP.
1. I want to make the RP the best and fun as possible my first thing I will do is make sure our org radio is being used properly using the correct radio codes at all times including badge numbers ETC...
2. favouritism we have all seen it or been in a situation which ruined the RP completely and we hate it I'm willing to step in and make sure everyone is having a fun enjoyable RP experience!
3. I will share my experience in orgs with all newcomers in the city/ new to law enforcement and making sure everyone learns city rules and follows them in IC - OOC events
DEPARTMENTS
HRT ( Human Resources And Training)
HRT is a must have department making sure logs, roles, and roster are done properly with this department I will choose the best qualified untit able to manage this department and making sure everything that HRT department does correctly
SWAT
Swat in the past was just used as a label making you sound cool and look cool wearing a cool uniform NO!!! this term SWAT will be highly trained doing weekly training with highly trained officers in it. Swat leader will be a highly trained with multiple terms of experience of being in swat
Internal Affairs
IA has the same importance as HRT i will personally be making sure IA is extremely active making sure there's no corruption/ rule brakes. IA will be my second hand man making sure all bodycam are valid doing daily IC and OOC inspections such as logs, trunks, amoury checks.
Highway Patrol
HWP is also very important, me personally being the EX Chief Of Staff of highway patrol i will be making sure this department will also be very active always having units towing at all times making sure there's no illegally parked cars Towing is a must have in SAHP I will always be making sure there's someone towing at all times.
