1) Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol
2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. The San Andreas Highway Patrol plays a big role in the city and is one of the main and most important organizations out there.
It needs to be up and running properly, and that is why I am here, I am looking forward to becoming the new Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol because I believe I have what it takes to lead the organization and to make sure that the citizens of Los Santos are safe. I understand the my OOC age is not 18 but I believe that I meet the required maturity level that is expected of the State Organization Leader.
My rank in the organizations that I have been in:
LSPD: Lieutenant (DHOD) of HR and PR at same time (rank 26).
GOV: DOS Deputy secretary (DHOD) of HR (rank 21).
SAHP: Master sergeant (rank 18) I was previously offered commander (rank 24) and chief of a department by a previous leader.
NG: Rank 20.
The departments in the San Andreas Highway Patrol in my term would follow as displayed:
- HR (Human Resources): Human resources department is for people with good experience as a Law Enforcement officer and are able to teach the ways of being an officer to our dear new recruits! Only the trusted units of this organization that want to join will be accepted into HR and will be expected to train and/or take interviews and be able to make sure that every trainee learns everything they need so they can stand on their own feet.
- UC (Under Cover): This department will hire units that have good stealth and are able to catch criminals from under their noses without being caught. UC units will be expected to bust at least 3 cannabis plantations a week and should be able to handle the work with no problem and should be able to work independently.
- IA (Internal Affairs): Internal Affairs is one of the most important departments and it requires workers that have good patience. The Internal Affairs department will cover things such as doing activity checks, bodycam checks, and doing license and vehicles checks to make sure all SAHP units have all the needed equipment and materials to get on duty and do their work such as Health Insurance and Gun License. IA also deals with the corruption that goes on within the organization and will handle it professionally and make sure the unit receives the appropriate punishment. The IA units will make sure the officers are clean and not have any illegal weapons or items on them and are in the working shape.
- PR (Public Relations): It is an important thing to be able to interact with the citizens of Los Santos and Blaine County and to put out the name of the Organization out there by hosting events that will lead up to a cash prize pool. The purpose of these events is to have fun and make sure citizens enjoy their time around us and maybe one day, they will consider joining our beloved organization and help us to keep the city safe!
- SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics): The Special Weapons and Tactics department is a department where they will be helping out other units generally by providing support using heavy weapons/vehicles. Their job is very important and like every department, there can't be any mistakes done in SWAT as it's a very important department. To join Special Weapons and Tactics, the officer needs to be able to work in tight situations and situations where your life and other people's lives can heavily depend on it. They must be able to stay calm and be able to work properly under pressure.
2. I am capable of running an organization and being the Sheriff of SAHP because I have a lot of some experiences as a LEO HC, I have experience in organizations such as GOV, LSPD, NG, and last but not least, SAHP. I have been High Command in LSPD and GOV and the reason I was not High Command in SAHP and NG is because I did not stay in those organizations for too long, but I still do have a lot of HC LEO experience and have a well understanding of how to do the job. The only organization I have not been in is FIB and the reason being is I never was interested in joining, but maybe one day in the future I will.
3. I have a lot of experience in departments such as Human Resources and Training and Public relations. In my time in Los Santos Police Department and in Government, I did a lot of work as a member of HR and did a lot of training and hiring and did a bunch of open recruitment in GOV and was over all very active even when I wasn't present at home to fly in, I still did work in peoples logs and helped out in the emails from my phone when I am outside or if I am at school and I was very dedicated to my job and took it very seriously. I also hosted a lot of PR events while I was in LSPD and helped to promote the organization a lot and I truly enjoyed doing the work.
3) Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
My advice for improvement of the Role Play in SAHP is to help others out when possible. There will be new commers around and it I believe the higher ups can make sure that the new citizens know the rules of the city and know what they are able to do and aren't able to do. I am someone that is able to put in time with these kinds of things and I can help out people and teach them things like the rules to the city and show them the things allowed in city because I don't want the members ever getting in trouble for breaking a city rule and OfCourse I don't want the organization to get a warning of any sorts, therefore, I am going to lead this amazing organization to the top and make sure it is always up and running as it should be!
