Dear Bobby,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently received a ban for violating general rule 1.7, which states that it is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes) whose total value exceeds $5,000,000. The ban duration is 60 days, ending on 2023.11.30. The specific situation involves the purchase of a house from a player named Abdullah Alqahdani, who was leaving the game. He decided to sell me the house at a discounted price of 2.55 million, even though its state value was 5.1 million.
On 2024.01.16, I found myself banned again for the same rule. I reached out to Shabah Verlice, an Arabic-speaking admin and my friend, to inquire if selling a house at 50% of its state value is allowed. He confirmed that it is permissible. However, upon explaining the situation in more detail, Shabah informed me that there is no specific rule preventing the sale of a house with a marketplace value of 100 million for 50% of its state value. This information was then relayed to Floki, the deputy chief admin. It
appears that there might be a misunderstanding, as this rule was not explicitly communicated to players or admins. Shabah admitted to being unaware of this rule, and it seems likely that other EN3 admins were also not informed. I genuinely believe this is an oversight, and I request an unbanning without a money wipe. I was not aware of this new rule introduced by Floki, as it is not documented in the server rules. I am committed to following all the rules and have been an active player on the server for quite
some time.
I sincerely hope you consider my situation and lift the ban without imposing a money wipe.
Sincerely,
Kahled Ninja.
