Rejected Player 77525 killed me outside of redzone when we are doing collectors job

Me and my friend were doing collector job. We came to person with the debt's house. We asked them to pay the debt. He give us demands to leave his property. My friend couldnt leave it in time but i escaped but he shot me outside of his property. Is this legal?
