Me (66159) was wrongfully jailed for 3 hours for RDM. We were attemping to rob a player in the desert and told the target, "out of the car". After 5 seconds passed we killed the target. He claimed we never made demands but he just didnt hear us say 'out of the car' due to loud background conversation from his discord call. The clip is uploaded and you can hear my family member say 'get out of the car', demanding he step out so we can rob him. This was not RDM, we demanded a player step out of his vehicle while 5 of us had guns drawn on him and he tried to drive off. Him not hearing our demand over his discord conversation is not our fault.
