We do not accept crash logs. Provide video proof of the crash.

When since this rule has changed ?
Accepted video recording programs (like nvidia) crashes when game crashes too so there is no chance to get a video from these programs.
I had such problems before and when i shared a sufficient ss admins accepted it.
Dembe, please understand the situation here if we could we would provide you a pov but as it crashes too and you see there is a crash log in exact time.

Have the rules changed? because admins always accept evidence of windows crash logs.
