Q1. Why do you want to become the leader ?
1) Because it always been a dream for me to be a Leader of the best organization SAHP in my opinion, and if I’ll be the leader the SAHP will have the best terms ever, because the SAHP will be the most active org ever, because SAHP WILL do these things ( Attending ALL events whatever it is - be the MOST professional org by its officers and HC’s - events for civilians by the PR department - a really helpful org for any kind of people - helping orgs with their problems - etc..) also my experience goes to the sky.
2) I’ve been a leader of SAHP (on different server) and leader of LSPD and NG (on different server) so I’ve a lot of experience in this field and I’ve some really good benefits that SAHP can benefit from, my benefits is: (Brave - smart - helpful - kind - love to make people happy - not rude - calm in intense situations).
3) I’m really active and have a lot of free time so maybe I can be available for 15h a day!! And that’s something SAHP will benefit from, I can help people avoid their trainings or help HR’s with the promotions after every promotion ceremony or attending all events even if it’s not necessary.
Q2.How can you improve the quality of RP as a leader?
1) PROMOTIONS:
-it’ll be the most important thing to officers and also me cause getting a promotion won’t be that easy iam looking forward to make promotions at the weekend which officers have 6 days that they have to work hard for it and be active and if I see someone working really hard before the promotion ceremony come he will get a mid week promotion.
2) OOC and IC:
-EVERY one of the officers that want to join SAHP will get interviewed about the OOC and IC rules cause I don’t like to see his name appear in the left eye for something he did wrong, and about IC In the SAHP professionalism must be on all the time and I’ll make sure about that happen.
3) DEPARTMENTS:
-there will be departments in SAHP in game as the SAHP in real life but more advanced and will be other departments such as: HRT and PR and HWP and IA and UC these are all the departments every chief will be chosen for these departments I’ll make sure that they will be interviewed by ME.
4) HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING
-for me this department is the most important, so to anyone who will join the HR&T will be interviewed first why do he want to join the HR team, and questions I will ask or my deputy’s ask will be the same as the real questions IRL, so that will improve the role play In GTA RP.
