How did the situation come about and what happened:
Dear Mazhor,
I am writing the complaint now because two administrators handled the complaint incorrectly before.
To contribute to the history:
ID: 15 (ID: 77028 in my Clip) has an approved BadCop application that has been approved for a long time. In my clip that I provide you can still hear how ID: 15 with an accepted BadCop application says: "You are with me now, you do everything or I will fire you." Accordingly, I had to support and participate in his actions, so that he also has something in his hand against me if I should ever come up with stupid ideas. Of course, I have accordingly not broken server rules or started serious violations of the law.
Example: Did he speak disrespectfully to suspects - so did I.
Or refused my badge. There is no server rule that forbid me to do this, as this would be a violation of IC law and should not be penalized administratively, because then you could punish everyone in a state organization.
On 31.12.2023 the said complaint against me was then uploaded. After 5 days this complaint against me was processed and accepted.
I wrote to the administrator on Discord to ask why this complaint was accepted and to date I have not received a reply.
ID: 15 then also once asked the administrator why I was sanctioned and he said thereupon because of the disrespectful speech + refuse of my Badge. Administrators often come with the statement: "You are a FIB agent, behave accordingly"
How does a FIB agent behave in a computer game - role-playing game? The comparison to real life can't be meant by that, because there is enough video material like "normal police" deal with people who are disrespectful to you.
Well, the complaint against me was accepted after 5 days and I was sanctioned for badcop. I made a complaint against this administrator on January 6, 2024, as this sanction is unjustified and wrong. This complaint was then even after 4 days processing time then processed and rejected by Alfons Cain.
On 10.01.2024 I then filed a complaint against Alfons Cain and this was also rejected by Jonathan Breitling today.
Also, if the reason given is disrespectful behavior towards suspects + refusal of service card, then 95% of players in a state organization can be punished for badcop.
If a suspect is disrespectful to me in a game, then I'll probably be allowed to, especially if there's a bad cop involved who can do worse things to that suspect.
