Hi admins, I'm Ex-Captain Raj Hellfire from NG. Yesterday I got jailed for 180minutes, with a warning of RDM.
I have provided my pov proof below, I want to explain it in my words.
So, we got a global to come near the DOC. There was some heavy gang activity happening.
U may watch the full POV, I'm just giving you some points with the timestamps, please look into it
From 9:14 to 9:25 - I gave my team the call that someone is firing at us from the mountain side
10:32 - We again got sniper shots from that side, where he shot the detainee too
13:00 - I asked my HC too that I don't think we can handle the situation from here
See from 16:34 to 17:00 We again get shot from there and our officers were down too
18:22 - See, I warned a civilian to leave the area. This is just to show that I know the protocols.
18:42 to 18:54 I again asked Sahil, if we can go to the hill to catch the sniper
20:00 See the full situation from this point, The sniper ran away as we arrived, we were going back to our units, but..
Suddenly, that orange car came there uphills, now tell me is it normal for a civilian to drive the car on the mountains, apart from that he knew that it was a 10-10 situation going on over there, he still came, Now tell me, where is fear rp situation for that innocent civilian? Driving the car on the hills, where is UB?
Sir, we(me and my friend Sahil miller) is working in NG from last terms, u can check our logs too. We have handled a lot of global, fz raid, etc. We know the protocols, but I don't think that a civilian should be in that abnormal place(10-10 & on hills with car) Moreover if u see, in the video when we were near the barricades, the gang car for whom we were there, was also having a orange color, that's one more reason for us to shoot at him, as we identified him as one of their members.
Sir, I don't think it was mistake from our side, if he was really a civilian, then i think he shouldn't be there. U can see in the clip, just after that gang cars came there at the same spot where I was abt to be become a hostage. Sir, in such intense situation and also at such a place where we don't expect a civilian, u can see in my left eye, he wrote after being unconscious, that he came there just to see. Dude, like literally?? Admin, it was not normal at all. He should have run away but he didn't. And the situation which we were in, that too in such a place we don't have the situation to ask him to warn or something, might he from gang and in that mean time, we may take his gun out and kill us.
That's my whole point over this topic. I would like the admins to look in this matter properly and then please remove the warning from me and my HC sahil miller, so that we can go back to NG to serve them. Thank you.
